We are more likely to drink light, refreshing lagers and fruity drinks rather than quite heavy and dark beers and stouts. - Low ABV Beers
Belgian beers might be well-known for their high ABV strength, however there are also lots of sessional IPAs and light lagers available, which are perfect to drink in warmer weather. Below are just a few that are currently in stock:
Rodenbach Fruitage – 3.9% ABV
Druid Lager – 2.6% ABV
Petit Boulba – 2.8% ABV
Lindemans Faro – 4.5% ABV
Huyghe Blond Export – 4.5% ABV
- Fruit Beers
More and more breweries are brewing fruit flavoured beers and ciders and these are very popular in summer. There are now all kinds of flavours available, in fact the choice is huge. Please don’t assume though that they are all weak as you are very much mistaken!
Cherry Chouffe – 8% ABV
Mongozo Coconut – 3.6% ABV
Timmermans Framboise Hibiscus – 4% ABV
Floris Honey – 4.5% ABV
Bush Peche Mel – 8.5% ABV
- Wheat Beers
Wheat beers are very common in Germany and are typically enjoyed in the summer months because they are refreshing. We sell a range of both German and Belgian wheat beers. Please note they are supposed to be cloudy when poured. Also, not all wheat beers are light in colour.

4. Lagers
Lagers tend to be refreshing and light and classed as sessional ales. We sell a range of lagers, which are all available by the bottle (or beer can). Here are our favourites…

5. Alcohol Free Drinks
Alcohol free drinks are becoming increasingly popular, especially amongst the younger generations. Not only do we sell alcohol free beers, but we also sell specialist soft drinks, for example fritz-kola, which are made in Germany.
For this summer, we have put together a brand new Summer Beer Mixed Case, which contains the following; 6 bottles of Rodenbach Fruitage, 6 cans of Estaminet Refined Lager, a FREE Rodenbach beer glass and 4 free beer mats. This mixed case is perfect if you’re having friends or family around.
