Chimay Beers
Chimay is surely one of the staples of Trappist beer. Every bottle is produced within the walls of the Abbey of Scourmont by trappist monks who brew it and sell it according to the principles of their order. And it’s been this way since the end of the 19th Century.
The result is utterly divine!
The history of Chimay Beers is 159 years long and studded with success. During this century-long production, the abbey released a wide array of beers starting from the classic Chimay Red and finishing with the Chimay 150.
