This year, The Belgian Beer Company turns 18. To mark this special occasion, we have commissioned Miska to create a cherry gin Belgian chocolate truffle, made with Braeckman Cherry gin.

An exquisite cherry gin Belgian chocolate truffle created as a signature experience. Smooth white Belgian chocolate ganache infused with Breackman Cherry gin surrounds a vibrant cherry centre, before being coated in premium ruby Belgian chocolate. Finished with crushed ruby and white Belgian chocolate, this truffle delivers depth, sophistication, and a beautifully indulgent finish.

The cute, little cardboard favour in the shape of a handbag holds 2 cherry gin truffles. It makes a lovely gift for both a gin and chocolate lover.

Miska’s Truffles is a small local business, based in Staffordshire. Each chocolate truffle is individually piped, filled, rolled, dipped and decorated by hand by Miska, using premium Belgian couverture chocolate and high-quality fillings — the same ingredients used by top chocolatiers across Europe.

Typical ingredients (depending on flavour):

Belgian chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), long-life whipped cream, Callebaut fillings (dark, milk, or white), natural flavourings, alcohol (for liqueur truffles), Biscoff biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils, soya flour), peanut butter (peanuts, salt), desiccated coconut, caramel, praline paste (hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa butter), and assorted toppings such as nuts, biscuits, or sprinkles.
