Beer Description: Crisp, dry and sour tasting. The old gueuze is a blend of old and young lambic that matures in large oak barrels called foudres. It is then bottled in champagne bottles where it undergoes a secondary fermentation. After half a year, the gueuze obtains a golden colour and is slightly carbonated.
