Beer Description: Iris is the symbol for Brussels. This beer is only made with pale ale malt, giving it an amber colour, unlike the other beers brewed by Cantillon. This beer is also made from 50% dried hops and 50% fresh hops. It is a complex beer, described as having a bitter and slightly caramelized taste. It was brewed in March 2025. Due to how rare this beer is, we’ve decided to allow only 1 bottle to be purchased per customer per order to give more customers the chance to purchase. 

We only receive Cantillon beers three / four times per year and they sell out immediately. We have therefore decided to start a waiting list, based on first-come, first-served.
