Beer Description: This Lambic has matured for 3 years in oak wooden barrels. Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella is a light, slightly amber, yellow-gold coloured beer that smells of apples and honey.This Belgian Lambic pours flat and non-sparkling due to no secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle. The beer evolves over time. This is the 2020-2021 version.
We only receive Cantillon beers three / four times per year and they sell out immediately. We have therefore decided to limit customers to one bottle of each type per order.
