Beer Description: Cantillon Camerise Lambic is an experimental lambic that is brewed with haskap berries from Quebec, which is otherwise known as Camerise – hence the name. 100kgs of the fruit was added to 400 litres of two year old lambic and left to macerate in the barrels for two months.
