There is no minimum order value and postage and packaging costs are £7.99 per order, regardless of how much you purchase.
Please note that these costs are for UK mainland only. Please contact us for delivery rates to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands etc.
If there are any additional delivery costs, we will inform you before the order is dispatched and you will be given the option to cancel.
Your order will normally be dispatched within three working days, however please allow up to a week. We use either XDP or Royal Mail depending on the items. If you require your order within a certain timeframe, please contact us to ensure stock availability for immediate dispatch. As soon as we send your order, we will email you with a dispatch notification, detailing estimated delivery day and tracking information.
If you are not at home to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details so that you can re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from the depot. If you do not contact the courier, the driver will try and deliver your order on the next two consecutive days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you do not contact the courier within seven days, your order will be returned to us. This will incur another delivery charge.
Goods cannot be left without a signature.
Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday deliveries or deliver outside of the UK.
Packaging -
The packaging consists of high quality double walled custom sized cardboard boxes with dividers as well as using void fill to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.
